This involved the analysis of needs and requirements, requisition of appropriate server hardware, installation and modification of settings for both Windows 2000 Server and Citrix Metaframe software, physical relocation of server hardware to a remote location, troubleshooting of connectivity and user issues, and implementation of the Citrix NFuse web portal to allow user access via the GE intranet.
